The Kingsmill Community Foundation hosts inaugural Fireside Chat.
Updated: Oct 1
On September 19, 2026, the Kingsmill Community Foundation hosted our first Fireside Chat, bringing together approximately 60 residents together for an engaging look back at how Kingsmill was conceived, researched, and created.
We are grateful to Bill Voliva, former Busch Properties Vice President; Nick Luccketti, one of the original archaeologists to work in Kingsmill; and Charlie Glazener, a member of Kingsmill's original real estate sales team, for sharing stories and perspectives that resonated with both longtime and newer residents.
The event video captures the memorable evening of stories connecting us to Kingsmill beginnings. For a smoother viewing experience, the video has been lightly edited to remove pauses and filler words.
We look forward to building Fireside Chat into an ongoing series featuring different guests and topics. /
Continuing these conversations, and sharing both longtime and new perspectives, is an important part of the Kingsmill Community Foundation’s mission to foster a stronger, more connected community.
