Gabriela Fellows
PRESIDENT
Gabriela has been a resident of the Kingsmill community for about 7 years but has been connected to Williamsburg for over 40 years. Initially a resident of Archers Mead, during one of her walks with her dog, she discovered the historic Kingsmill plantation site in 2020. Since that time, she has been working on understanding the historical significance of the dependencies as relates to early American history.
Born in Austria, Gabriela was raised with an appreciation for nature and history. She has a long history of involvement with nonprofit organizations in education and athletics in various volunteer capacities. She worked for the Colonial Williamsburg Hotel Properties in the 1980s and has returned with her family to Williamsburg, frequently staying at Kingsmill Resort, throughout the years. When her daughter decided to attend William & Mary law school, it ultimately led to her and her husband Andy to decide that Kingsmill was the place they had been looking for to retire to.
She brings over 7 years' experience as executive member of a non-profit board. This includes project lead experience remodeling facilities from concept to operational excellence, volunteer coordination and fundraising event planning.
